BSW – Pflugerville

Haddon + Cowan has been working with Baylor Scott & White since 2010 on stand-alone clinics and renovations to existing clinics. Currently we are working on an 80,000 square foot ground up medical office building on the Baylor Scott & White Pflugerville Medical Center Campus. The first 2 of the 3 floors are being built out at this time with Primary Care, Urgent Care and 16 Specialties. The 3^rd floor will be shell space for future expansion.

The building has been designed with materials and volumes to create a cohesive campus with the existing hospital, including the metal panels in silver and varying shades of blue, limestone, brick and curtainwall to mark the entrances. It is situated on the site to maximize the campus’s visibility from SH-130, while respecting the existing hospital’s prominence on the site.
